If you are entering into a commercial software engineering or consulting engagement with Nurizan, a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) will define project deliverables, timelines, milestones, and payment schedules.

2. Technology Services & Project Scopes

Nurizan delivers digital engineering, website development, application development, and technical consulting. All client engagements are executed following agreed technical specifications:

• Discovery & Scoping: Before commencing custom development, project requirements, architectural specifications, and deliverables are documented and approved by both parties.
• Milestone Deliveries: Projects are executed through iterative milestones with agreed client review checkpoints.
• Post-Launch Support: Client projects benefit from warranty periods and structured maintenance agreements as outlined in specific contracts.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in a written agreement:

• Client Projects: Upon full settlement of project milestone fees, all custom source code, assets, and deliverables created specifically for the client transfer to the client.
• Proprietary Products: Proprietary platforms and frameworks developed by Nurizan (including Mizanex, Prism, Minara, UmmahCore, and Early Learning Engine) remain the exclusive intellectual property of Nurizan.
• Website Content: All branding, design marks, graphics, and documentation published on this website are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. Product Demonstrations & Prototypes

Certain software demonstrations, pilots, and prototypes accessible through our website (such as the Mizanex demonstration platform) are provided for evaluation, preview, and feedback purposes. Features, interfaces, and underlying architectures may be updated or refined without prior notice as development progresses.
